THE LODGE
Top of the World is a unique holiday home with unrivalled views across Cardigan Bay. The Lodge has been decorated in an an elevated modern cabin style with perfectly curated furnishings representing both its coastal and rural idyllic setting. It benefits from a superb, light open-plan living and dining area with coastal and mountain views on all sides. It also offers a well-equipped kitchen, shower room and 3 bedrooms. Outside is a South-facing veranda with lounge chairs and external dining table, to enjoy drinks al fresco at any time of day. Being the highest property in Aberdovey it really is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ever-changing views.
LIVING AREA
A bright, spacious living area with sofas for all to sit and enjoy the view. Large smart TV with WiFi, solid oak coffee table, side tables and a range of lighting to create your preferred mood.
DINING AREA
Our family dining area offers an extending table ensuring there is seating for everyone with a range of chair or bench seating. Choose your favourite seat for the best view.
BEDROOM 1
The master double is decorated in a light, modern, nautical style. It features dimmable bedside lights, plenty of storage and deluxe quality pillows and bedding.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom features twin single beds (2ft 6in small adult singles). We have an incredible view from one of the single beds, which we believe is one of, if not the best, view in Wales!
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom features two 2ft 6in bunks (small adult singles), plenty of storage and optional child safety side bars are also provided

Shower room featuring toilet, washbasin and power shower cubicle featuring a crisp and clean nautical decor
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your basic needs - cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, storage and a wide range of cookware, crockery and cutlery.
VERANDA
Our outdoor veranda offers breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Sit back with a drink in our Adirondacks or dine al fresco. The veranda is covered which offers protection from sun or rain. There is a latched gate making it secure for pets or little ones

PLEASE NOTE
The lodge is situated at the top of a steep 30m path from the car park then a small grassy slope and 5 steps up to the veranda.
It is NOT suitable for those with limited mobility
We recommend a torch at night as the site is very dark (Aberdovey has a Dark Skies accreditation)
